We ship all artwork from Adelaide, Australia, using Australia Post. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options at checkout so you can choose the delivery speed that works best for you.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Australia Post can take longer due to carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control.
Size & Weight Limits
We follow Australia Post’s parcel restrictions for both domestic and international deliveries:
Domestic Parcels (within Australia):
Maximum weight: 22 kg
Maximum length: 105 cm
Maximum total volume: 0.25 cubic metres
International Parcels (overseas):
Maximum weight: 20 kg
Maximum length: 105 cm
Maximum girth: 140 cm (calculated as (width + height) × 2)
Please note some countries may have additional size or import restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight, parcel size, and destination. Estimated shipping fees will be shown when you enter your address.
Packaging
Every artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials such as foam padding and sturdy cardboard boxes for larger pieces. For smaller artworks, we use Australia Post satchels with protective padding to ensure safe delivery.
Risk & Damages
The risk of damage or loss passes to you once Australia Post accepts your parcel. If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the artwork and packaging so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
